SKILLS

• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and managing data.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualisation and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Competence in using Visio for process mapping.
• Ability to write and implement VBA code for task automation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
