. Role Purpose: The Advisor, Sustainability & Compliance will support the execution of Jimmy Choo’s sustainability and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with Capri Holdings objectives and contributing to measurable program outcomes. This role is primarily hands-on, providing operational and analytical support mainly across Social Compliance, and also supporting the team on Product Compliance and Environmental Sustainability. Reporting to the Manager of Sustainability & Compliance, the Advisor will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support program delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement. The scope of the role may evolve in response to regulatory developments and emerging sustainability or compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Social Compliance Support 70% Implement and manage the Jimmy Choo and Capri Holdings Supplier Social Compliance and Ethics program, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving ethical responsibility initiatives across suppliers, sourcing, and product development through close cross-functional collaboration. Plan, schedule, and conduct comprehensive on-site and remote audits—including desktop reviews, worker and management interviews—in accordance with social compliance standards and the company Code of Conduct, ensuring adherence to local and international labor laws, ethical practices, and health and safety requirements. Monitor and manage corrective action plans (CAPs), partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support follow-up activities and ensure timely and effective closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to encourage proactive engagement, continuous improvement, and best-practice adoption. Support the development and coordination of internal and supplier training materials related to social compliance, and ethical practices. Maintain accurate supplier mapping through onboarding and records, serving as the primary point of contact for all social and ethical compliance-related inquiries. Product Compliance Support 20% Support chemical testing programs by coordinating testing timelines, collecting results, and maintaining compliance records in line with global regulations, Capri PRSL, and ZDHC requirements. Support Product Compliance regulatory implementations projects like product labelling and product safety. Environmental Sustainability Support 10% Support the Manager on assisting and providing support on ad-hoc responsible sourcing initiatives or circularity programs. Who We Are Looking For: 1-3 years of solid experience in Sustainability and Compliance within Supply Chain, Compliance, or Sourcing departments, preferably in the luxury fashion sector. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills including reading, writing and verbal proficiency in Italian and English. Willingness to travel visiting suppliers as needed. Experience in conducting/shadowing and analysing social and environmental supplier audits. Ability to verify and triangulate information of objective evidence during an audit process Ability to interpret and apply knowledge of relevant laws, standards and systems (management and technical) in practice Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Chemical, or Environmental Sciences. Proficiency in Excel, MS Office tools, PLM, ERP, and supplier management software. Desirable skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, planning and record keeping skills Accurate, methodical and organised Proactive in driving workflows independently and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Curious about emerging trends in responsible procurement to integrate into company practices.
