Key Responsibilities
The Sustainability Business Partner, a member of the Singapore Hub (SG Hub) team, has the overall responsibility to serve as a trusted partner to the SG Hub for the purpose of improving the business’s performance in key Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) areas.

The Sustainability Business Partner for SG Hub, based in Singapore, will be required to collaborate and engage frequently with various stakeholders ranging from business units, cross-functional departments including corporate teams at the Singapore headquarters, to external service providers for the planning, tracking and reporting of ESG initiatives and their outcomes. The Sustainability Business Partner acts as the secretary of the SG Hub ESG Council, which is chaired by the designated Sustainability Sponsor from the business.

  • Lead and steer SG Hub ESG Council to ensure engagement and buy-in of Sustainability agenda across SG Hub leadership team.

    • Maintain the SG Hub ESG Scorecard at least quarterly to drive the discussions and ESG action plans at Management team level and in preparation for Group Management Board and Board meetings.
    • Manage and improve ESG data collection processes and quality for SG Hub and contribute to annual Sustainability Report with SG Hub stories.

      • Ensure finance, procurement, HSSE, HC and other functions provide timely, complete and accurate data required for ESG reporting and disclosures.
      • Monitor and report on carbon intensity and net decarbonization progress for SG Hub.
      • Support the Corporate team in making sense of the consolidated data for SG Hub.
      • Develop and implement tailored SG Hub ESG roadmaps with the support of relevant subject matter experts in the Global ESG team that reflect local context, regulatory environment, and business needs.

        • SG Hub decarbonization roadmap.
        • SG Hub waste reduction roadmap.
        • SG Hub sustainable sourcing & supplier engagement roadmap.
        • Lead, coordinate or contribute to SG Hub Sustainability projects such as the EcoTransport initiative looking at the transition to low-carbon vehicles; the modernization of buildings; local ESG certification efforts and etc.
        • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the aviation local ecosystem and other key local stakeholders.

          • Engage local ecosystem of partners to identify potential grants and support SG Hub can benefit from to drive its sustainable transformation.
          • Provide ESG support & subject matter expertise for SG Hub teams upon request:


            • -
            • Sales & Operations teams in complying with sustainability-related requirements in the RFP/RFQ processes with customers.
            • Legal & compliance teams to monitor ESG-related regulations applicable to Singapore.
            • Act as champion and advocate for sustainability within SG Hub, e.g. taking part in employee engagement programs, speaking on internal or external panels, being a trainer and etc.

            Key Requirements

            • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
            • At least 10 years of experience in project management, corporate transformation, change management, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years in an ESG-related role.
            • Deep understanding of ESG principles, reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, ISSB, TCFD), and regulatory requirements.
            • Relevant Skillsets in:

              • -
              • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
              • Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions fostering a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
              • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
              • Results-orientation: strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering against ESG targets.
              • Resourceful, this is a individual contributor role that requires to engage and work across different function groups.
              • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
              • Excellent knowledge of the Singapore ESG ecosystem.
              • Experience and passion for the aviation industry is a plus.
