QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in sustainability and/or circular economy is required
3+ years of experience in channel marketing or program management, preferably within the technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful channel programs.
Strong understanding of sustainability principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with marketing automation tools a plus.
Global mindset and ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
Develop and execute comprehensive channel programs that drive partner adoption of Lenovo’s sustainability solutions and services.
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, Lenovo 360 Circle experts and sustainability teams to create compelling messaging and training materials for partners on Lenovo’s sustainability initiatives.
Design and implement partner enablement programs to equip partners with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell and support Lenovo’s sustainable product portfolio.
Manage partner relationships, fostering strong communication and collaboration to ensure successful program execution.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel programs and partner engagement on sustainability initiatives.
Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities to inform the development and evolution of Lenovo’s channel sustainability programs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability regulations and industry best practices to ensure program alignment.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for sustainable solutions.
Travel internationally to meet with partners and participate in industry events
