These values are our foundation!   Description Sinch is looking for a driven and experienced Sustainability Controller with climate expertise to join our small, dynamic sustainability team in Stockholm, Sweden. This is a unique opportunity to shape and expand our sustainability initiatives within a fast-moving and exciting industry.    As part of our Finance and IR function, the sustainability team have a broad mandate covering everything from strategic leadership to hands-on execution and reporting. You'll work with a high degree of autonomy in an inclusive and engaging global culture, taking ownership and driving real change. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to translate sustainability into business value, this role is for you.   Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of high-quality, proactive sustainability and GHG reporting, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements such as CSRD and the GHG protocol. This includes project-managing reporting cycles and enhancing data collection processes e.g. by utilizing AI capabilities to provide actionable insights and strategic advice. * Strengthen Sinch’s progress towards our SBTi-aligned net-zero targets by providing critical climate expertise and driving the development and implementation of a robust Climate Transition Plan. * Collaborate closely with the Finance function and other key stakeholders to integrate sustainability data management and reporting into new and existing internal processes and procedures. * Effectively communicate sustainability performance and insights to internal and external stakeholders, including investors and senior leadership. * Contribute to achieving and exceeding industry benchmarks on investor sustainability ratings (e.g., MSCI, ISS). * Champion sustainability across the organization, educating and aligning stakeholders to embed sustainable practices into our everyday business.   The role is based at SINCH HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Head of Sustainability.   Requirements * 5–10 years of experience in carbon accounting and sustainability reporting, with deep expertise in frameworks such as GHG, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CDP and EcoVadis. * Proven experience in building and implementing climate transition plans aligned with SBTi, including emissions forecasting and identification of key decarbonization levers, within the technology, telecom, or adjacent sectors.  * You have a background in finance or extensive experience working with finance functions, have an analytical and detail-oriented mindset and can confidently communicate sustainability insights to financial stakeholders. * Project Manager: You possess strong project management skills, with experience managing sustainability reporting as part of an annual report cycle. * A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, technology, legal, sustainability, or a related field. * Professional fluency in English and Swedish (both written and verbal). * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with financial/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Aaro), climate reporting tools (e.g., Position Green) and AI-driven solutions is a plus.   Our corporate language is English, please submit your application in English.   At Sinch, we value learning, embrace change, and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth.
