Description

As Sustainability & CSR Coordinator, your main mission will be to contribute to the park’s CSR Strategy and pilot all the environmental & societal impact of its activities. Reporting directly to the Parks’ Director, you will carry out your missions in close collaboration with all the parks’ various functions: Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Safety & Maintenance, etc.
As part of the looping Group, you will also work closely with the Group Sustainability Director to integrate the group key strategic pillars to your own roadmap( Environment - Waste Management, Energy, Water, Social, Animal Welfare, Local Communities, etc)

Your various duties will include and will not be limited to the following:

  • Monitor regulatory evolution on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and ensure the park’s environmental compliance
  • Structure and organise an ESG Committee into the park with the key managers
  • Define a roadmap and ESG targets for the park
  • Collect and report the ESG data for the park and share during the key reporting moment of the group
  • Be the guarantor of the parks animal welfare and conservation policy
  • Analyse the park’s carbon footprint and define a roadmap to reduce the park’s carbon emissions
  • Implement good practices into the park and communicate the actions to the visitors to attract them and improve their satisfaction
  • Contribute to the Looping Group ESG ambassadors’ community once a month
  • Involve internally your co-workers with the organisation of internal solidary events
  • Work with the Managing Director to reduce costs and implement key initiatives that save money, e.g, energy

We are looking for someone with a higher education such as University, Business School or Engineering School, with a specialisation in sustainability or environment.
