We have a number of casual positions to work with us at the Moto GP from Friday 18th - Sunday 20th October (possible shift on the Monday 21st Oct too). If you’re good with high pressure environments and don’t mind a few dishes, we’d love to hear from you. Position description below:
The Role: We are looking for adaptable dishwashing event staff who have a passion for sustainability to assist us with eliminating single-use food packaging from the Moto GP. This role is suited to someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, get a few steps up, and who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Customer service experience is essential or those who are outgoing and don’t mind having friendly chats with people.
Day to Day: The roles will vary with a mixture of the below tasks:
Rinse, wash and dry reusable plates and bowls.
Collection of plates and bowls from the appropriate bins. You will also be acting as a waitress/ waiter, clearing any dirty plates etc from tables.
Counting of plates to record total number of plates saved from landfill followed by re distributing to food vendors.
Date: Friday 18th - Sunday 20th October 2025. Day shifts available (9am - 5.30pm/ 11am - 6.30pm). Must be available to work for the full 3 days.
Remuneration: Mon - Sat $27.00ph/ Sunday - $42.84ph
The above rates are exclusive of Superannuation.
