Your tasks

• Further development and implementation of the IMO Group's sustainability strategy and goals together with management and specialist departments, particularly in the areas of energy and environment.
• Development of energy and sustainability concepts with regard to ESG topics/initiatives
• Initiation and support of interdisciplinary projects for the implementation of the sustainability strategy as well as monitoring of project goals (e.g. climate resilience, CO2 reduction, energy efficiency and resource conservation)
• Coordination and monitoring of measures arising from self-commitments in the area of ​​sustainability
• Recording, analysis and optimization of energy consumption
• Preparation of regular energy reports and key performance indicators
• Contract preparations regarding energy procurement, including pre-selection of and negotiations with energy consultants and suppliers.
• Identification and evaluation of potential savings, as well as derivation of measures to reduce energy consumption.
• Support with certifications and audits related to sustainability, environment and energy
• Monitoring and evaluation of market trends, funding programs and legal requirements
• Preparation of statistical analyses, presentations and reports as a basis for management decisions.
• Preparation of a sustainability report for the companies of the IMO Group
• Control and tracking of information on sustainability portals (e.g. Integrity Next, SAQ)
• Coordination with external partners, authorities and energy suppliers
• Property management
• Support for specialist departments in matters relating to ESG, sustainability and energy management
