Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) to evaluate environmental impacts of products and processes, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on energy efficiency and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainable practices are integrated into product design and operational workflows.
• Monitor and report on sustainability metrics, utilizing tools and software to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced positions.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sustainability engineering or environmental management, demonstrating a track record of successful projects.
• Certification in sustainability-related programs (e.g., LEED, ISO to validate expertise and commitment to best practices.
• Proficiency in sustainability assessment tools and software (e.g., SimaPro, GaBi) for conducting life cycle analyses.
