Job Description Start Date: September 2026 Duration: 6 months 32 hours/ 40 hours per week *You must be enrolled in a study program for the full duration of the internship PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP As an intern within the sustainability team you help in ensuring the adequacy, effectiveness, and accuracy of the non-financial reporting process. You will provide support with the collection & structuring of environmental data. At Rituals sustainability and impact is one of the strategic pillars for the brand. It is our role to translate societal developments into concrete strategy for the business. Next to working together with the other sustainability team members, in your role you will work closely with the innovation, sourcing, quality & regulatory and internal control department. YOUR ROLE You will be reporting to the Senior Sustainability Manager and together will interact with local and middle management in the business. Your main focus will be to support the sustainability team in collecting, analyzing and structuring environmental data. Based on this work the sustainability team develops Rituals’ global sustainability strategy. You will gain insight into various areas of the business by learning about the processes, communicating with various stakeholders, and through the internship challenge. At Rituals we have additional dedicated sustainability capacity within the business (f.e. in logistics and store design). The bigger team consists of around 20 people. YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES Collect, structure, and improve environmental data. Contribute to develop and update Rituals sustainability strategy Build communication materials that explain strategy You will support on getting Rituals CSRD-ready & B Corp certified You will participate in the internship challenge Qualifications Student (University or HBO level) – in the direction of business, sustainability & control; You have strong analytical and creative skills; You are positive minded and have a hands-on approach; You are critical, accurate and structured; You have eye for detail; You have an interest in data and sustainability You are fluent in English both written and verbal You are available from beginning of September 2026 for 6 months Additional Information Rituals offers a varied intern role (full-time) within a young team with enthusiastic colleagues at our head office in the heart of Amsterdam.
