Your impact: AirTrunk is embedding climate resilience and nature strategy into how digital infrastructure is designed, built and operated across Asia‑Pacific & Japan. This role offers a rare opportunity to turn climate and nature commitments into action at scale—shaping resilient, future‑ready assets that support long‑term value and growth. This is a senior specialist role focused on strategic delivery. You’ll partner closely with Sustainability, Development, Procurement, Operations and Finance to embed climate and nature considerations into everyday decision‑making. This is not a people leadership role. What you’ll do Lead climate‑related disclosures aligned with ISSB / IFRS S2, strengthening governance, controls and assurance readiness Advance scenario analysis, transition planning and physical risk integration across operating and development assets Progress AirTrunk’s nature and biodiversity strategy in line with TNFD principles Strengthen asset‑level resilience, mitigation planning and insurability considerations Translate regulatory and investor expectations into practical, embedded business tools What you’ll bring 6+ years’ experience in sustainability, climate strategy or environmental risk Strong knowledge of ISSB / IFRS S2, TCFD and/or TNFD frameworks Experience delivering climate transition plans and scenario analysis Ability to translate complex requirements into practical business outcomes, with strong cross‑functional engagement skills The AirTrunk Culture Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
