• You guide the company’s sustainability positioning and make WEPA’s ambition of being a Frontrunner in sustainability visible.
• You represent WEPA as a sustainability frontrunner in external and internal stakeholder dialogues and take care of stakeholder specific positioning of WEPA through sustainability communication.
• You act as the interface between WEPA’s sustainability activities and internal as well as external Stakeholders and manage the strategic external sustainability partnerships.
• You manage, promote and foster sustainability engagement of WEPA Group employees through various measures and coordinate engagement projects across WEPA.
• You guide and shape WEPA’s sustainability communication internally and externally in collaboration with WEPA Group Communications.
• You are responsible for the preparation and publication of the WEPA Group Sustainability Report.
• You make WEPA’s sustainability journey tangible, understandable and communicate about this with passion to inspire our stakeholders.
• You ensure compliance with the EU Green Claims Directive and guarantee transparent and legally compliant sustainability communication.
