Role Description

• We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to lead and coordinate sustainability initiatives that support organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and long-term environmental and social performance. The role will involve developing sustainability strategies, establishing measurable objectives, and working with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations and decision-making.You will monitor sustainability performance, identify improvement opportunities, and develop programs related to areas such as energy efficiency, carbon emissions, waste management, resource efficiency, sustainable procurement, and responsible business practices. You will also support the development of sustainability policies, standards, procedures, and performance indicators.The role includes collecting and analyzing sustainability data, preparing reports and management updates, supporting sustainability disclosures, and ensuring relevant information is accurate, consistent, and well documented. You will stay informed about applicable environmental regulations, sustainability standards, reporting frameworks, and industry developments.You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and other relevant parties to promote sustainability awareness and drive continuous improvement. You will also support sustainability assessments, audits, risk identification, and initiatives designed to strengthen environmental performance and organizational resilience.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental management, ESG concepts, and responsible business practices.
• Knowledge of carbon emissions, energy management, waste reduction, resource efficiency, and environmental performance.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks, standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Ability to collect, analyze, validate, and interpret sustainability and environmental data.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop clear sustainability reports, presentations, policies, and supporting documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders toward sustainability objectives.
• Strong understanding of sustainability risks, opportunities, targets, and performance measurement.
• Proactive mindset with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and practical sustainability solutions.
