Job Description We ‘re looking for a Sustainability Manager who combines strategic vision with a hands-on approach - in this role, you will be the driving force behind our sustainability transformation — both strategically and operationally. Shape the roadmap: Develop and implement the divisional sustainability strategy, aligned with corporate goals and evolving market requirements. Lead the transition to Net Zero: Define and coordinate initiatives to reduce emissions, enhance resource efficiency, and promote circular economy practices. Build strong foundations: Establish robust processes, KPIs, and data systems for sustainability management, carbon accounting (Scopes 1–3), and ESG reporting. Ensure compliance and readiness: Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy) and ensure proactive alignment with emerging requirements. Support communication and engagement: Provide sustainability insights for sales and marketing, contribute to reporting efforts, and help embed sustainability across the organization. Qualifications What You Bring A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field. Several years of experience in sustainability management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing context. Proven experience in navigating in complex corporate structures Expertise in carbon accounting, ESG reporting, and sustainability frameworks (CSRD, GHG Protocol, EU Taxonomy). A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — you love to plan and to implement. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels. Additional Information This position is available on a part-time basis (between 20 and 30 hours per week) and can be based at one of our locations across Europe.
