About the role Maintain Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) platforms (Sedex, EcoVadis etc) Oversee ESG data collection from internal and external stakeholders ESG Disclosures and Sustainability Reporting ESG Risk Management and Peer Benchmarking Monitor ESG standards and lead Strategic Sustainability Initiatives About you A passion for all things Sustainability, Analytics, Continuous Improvement and ESG; Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Environmental Science and Sustainability, or a related discipline; Strong understanding of ESG Frameworks, ASX and AASB-S2 reporting requirements; Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change and compliance across all business units; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on preparing agency responses, board reports and disclosure content; Proficient in the use of data analysis and visualisation tools (Excel, PowerBI etc); Ability to interpret ESG data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. A self-starter, with the ability to remain motivated and achieve targets in a stand-alone role.
