  • Drive Sustainability Initiatives: Implement projects that support our CSR program and strategy, IMPACT2030.
  • Engage Teams: Collaborate with departments to foster a culture of sustainability.
  • Standardise Processes: Develop a centralised and consistent approach to sustainability data collection and reporting.
  • Align Global Efforts: Coordinate sustainability initiatives across the wider group, including our NL sister company.
  • Assess ESG Data: Use internal tools to identify trends and opportunities for impact reduction.
  • Support ESG Reporting: Contribute to sustainability reports, including CSRD-compliant annual accounts and group-wide reports.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work with HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT for accurate data management.
  • Set Reduction Targets: Track and manage sustainability objectives and reduction targets.
  • Conduct Audits: Verify data integrity and compliance through audits and a structured “check-with-checker” approach.

  • Present Insights: Clearly communicate findings, progress, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Support Supply Chain Sustainability: Work with growers and partners to enhance environmental practices.
