About the Role: Strategic Reporting: Develop and meticulously manage the organisation’s climate-related financial disclosure reporting processes. Data Integrity & Transparency: Oversee the comprehensive collection, collation, verification, and transparent presentation of data pertaining to climate-related risks, opportunities, mitigation efforts, and greenhouse gas emissions. Narrative development: Collaborate with sustainability, finance, risk, and external experts to craft compelling qualitative and quantitative disclosures on climate risks, mitigation strategies, and financial impacts across short, medium, and long-term horizons. Cohesive Communication: Coordinate all climate and environment-related inputs for sustainability reporting and voluntary disclosures, ensuring consistency with our global 'Snacking Made Right Report'. Policy & Procedure Enhancement: Develop and partner with process owners to enhance or establish robust policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and compliant climate and environment-related disclosures. Timely Compliance: Prepare draft sustainability reports for thorough review, ensuring timely and compliant lodgement with all relevant regulatory bodies.
