Location: Bristol or Edinburgh (Hybrid) In this position, you’ll be based in either the Bristol or Edinburgh office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. You’ll be part of the central ESG team, working with colleagues across different regions and functions. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of activities, from environmental data and reporting through to supporting employee engagement initiatives.   A role you will love This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll get involved in a range of different ESG areas, with a particular focus and Net Zero and carbon reduction activities. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Support the collection, organisation and analysis of ESG data  * Help with key reporting activities such as ESG/sustainability disclosures and carbon footprint reporting  * Collaborate with different teams across the business to drive and support ESG/Net Zero programmes and initiatives  * Assist with internal ESG communications and engagement activities, including facilitating and supporting our Sustainability Champion network  * Support meetings, networks and ongoing ESG/Net Zero initiatives   You’ll follow an annual ESG calendar, but the work can change frequently. This means you’ll need to be comfortable learning on the job and adapting to new tasks and getting involved in ad hoc tasks as new priorities arise. This role is ideal for someone early in their ESG/sustainability career who is keen to further develop their knowledge and skills. You’ll be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a varied role and is motivated by making a positive impact on ESG and sustainability.
