Our shares are traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX: MEDX). www.medmix.swiss We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist / ESG Specialist, who will work at our factory close to Valencia Airport (VLC) on global sustainability topics and closely with our Global Sustainability Lead. As part of the Group Sustainability Team you inspire and empower excellence in sustainability to achieve the established objectives, as well as to help craft the future sustainability roadmap. Drive implementation across all parts of the company to realize the goals and create employee-pride in the accomplishments. Job Description Work closely with the Global Sustainability Lead in day-to-day operations and support any ad-hoc projects Support and provide guidance with practical experience of the sustainability reporting requirements and frameworks Perform ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) data consolidation and control, taking advantage of latest AI tools Develop communication and training material for internal and external audiences Complete external stakeholder assessments Ensure that climate and water scenarios are up to date as an ongoing process Qualifications Bachelor Degree or higher, in a subject related to Sustainability Demonstrated first experience in manufacturing and circular economy environment, working with or leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams Good knowledge of various sustainability regulations Translated policies and standards into practical action plans Ability to communicate effectively with different organizational levels Familiarity with Science Based Targets initiative, CDP, EcoVadis, and other assessment and ratings agencies Good experience with Microsoft Office software Fluent in English language, Spanish language is an advantage Additional Information medmix is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the strength of a diverse workforce.
