Description
This role supports the execution of an industry leading factory social responsibility program. He/she will also support all supplier management and scheduling of factory social compliance assessments. He/she will report into the WSGO group in the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Singapore office, and will support the management of the social responsibility activities for the company. Factory Onboarding Work closely with Vendor Setup team on new factory setup Coordinate with In-country social compliance managers on pre-audit support Update the WSI supplier database with audit information. Audits Coordinate with third-party audit firms on scheduling, reporting, and billing. Schedule audits and communicate results to suppliers and WSI associates. Serve as the main contact on social compliance audit matters- pre and post-audit to scheduling. Develop and maintain various performance measurement tools and programs, including tracking and reporting progress. Systems Support Support social compliance team on IT development projects Recommend changes to enhance current BTS systems Work closely with IT team on business requirements and testing Administrative Support Worker Wellbeing Program data collection, tracking and reporting COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE: At least 1-2 years of experience in the Sustainability field Bachelor’s degree in business, Social science, Environmental science, Sustainability Strong organizational and clerical skills. Proficiency with Excel. Fluency in English is required #LI-KW1
