Job Description Egis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Transformation manager to join its Group Sustainability team, based in Paris. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Sustainability Officer, this role is critical to accelerating the transformation, globalization, and business impact of Egis’ sustainability strategy. As a key member of the Group Sustainability leadership team, you will play a central role in structuring, steering, and scaling Egis’ sustainability journey across geographies and Business Lines, with a strong focus on value creation, operational excellence, and international consistency. In close support of the Group Chief Sustainability Officer, the Sustainability Transformation Director will be responsible for: Structuring and defining Egis’ sustainability offering portfolio, in alignment with Group strategy and market priorities Strengthening Egis as a recognized sustainability value-creation leader across priority geographies and sectors Reviewing and adjusting the scope and governance of Contributive Revenues to strengthen its impact Keeping the Group SBTi-aligned climate trajectory under control, ensuring delivery, monitoring, and accountability Establishing and steering a clear CSRD compliance roadmap at Group level, in coordination with corporate and regional stakeholders Prioritizing strategic investments in emerging sustainability topics, notably social impact, biodiversity, and climate adaptation and resilience Embodying and enabling the new sustainability operating model across Group, Regions, and Business Lines, fostering alignment and ownership This role requires strong strategic vision, execution capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively across corporate, regional, and business interfaces in an international environment. Qualifications Master's degree in sustainability - Top-tier business and engineering schools preferred with a sustainability major Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sustainability – both environmental and social Proven track record of successfully implementation of sustainability partnerships and ecosystems in other corporate environments Experience working closely with executive leadership and supporting C-level decision-making on sustainability strategy Excellent project management skills, including in scheduling, KPIs and business impact measurement Strong delivery skills Experience with sustainable building practices and smart cities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams Perfect fluency in English and French; Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic language skills are a plus Business Line: Group Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Group CSR Region: Reg France Job Family: ESG - Climate Profession: Group ESG - Climate Director
