ABOUT YOU | MOE KOE

We are seeking someone with experience in agriculture, sustainability consulting, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to analyze sustainability data and translate it into actionable strategies for farmers.

You should have:

  • A background in environmental sustainability, farm systems, or regulatory compliance.
  • The ability to interpret and simplify complex regulations, making them practical for farmers.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from farmers to industry partners.
Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate Sustainable Dairy Advisor to support farmers in adopting sustainable practices while balancing productivity and business goals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, relationship management, and problem-solving to guide farmers through sustainability challenges and implement meaningful changes.
You will work closely with farmers, providing expert advice, tailored solutions, and ongoing support to help them navigate sustainability requirements. Strong communication and the ability to simplify complex information will be key, ensuring that farmers feel confident in making informed decisions that drive long-term environmental and financial benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sustainability data, identify trends, and deliver insights that help farmers track progress and implement improvements.
  • Problem-Solving & Influence: Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to motivate farmers toward sustainable practices, especially when change requires investment and effort.
