Education & Experience

Responsibilities

As a Sustainable Products Business Manager (m/f/d), you will drive and oversee regional and EMEA business development initiatives, collaborating closely with the Sales Business Development Director, Product Director, and EKAT teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
This role offers flexibility, with the option to be based at one of our EMEA locations. The specific office placement will be determined in alignment with both your preferences and the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the execution of the Sustainable strategy across regions, ensuring alignment at both regional and EMEA levels.
  • Coordinate sustainable product development with suppliers, collaborating with the Product Director and Head of Product Management for the region.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams and EKAT to ensure successful development and introduction of sustainable products to customers.
  • Identify and develop new suppliers offering low-carbon solutions to enhance the sustainability portfolio.
  • Lead central initiatives and manage campaigns to promote sustainable products and solutions.
  • Develop and implement marketing tools to effectively promote sustainable products and solutions.
  • Oversee and coordinate the management of ISCC+ certification to maintain sustainability standards.
  • Ensure effective utilization of CO2Xplorer by customers, in collaboration with the CO2Xplorer manager.
  • Track and coordinate the evolution of regulations impacting sustainable product proposals.
  • Influence sustainability performance through effective KPI management, driving continuous improvement.
