Job Description Services/Reuse project manager reports into our Services Stewardship team, mainly based in Barcelona. Objective is to work on projects that ensure our company's Sustainability Services and Reuse reporting are compliant and auditable. Responsibilities include: Independently starts and delivers upon different projects assigned, this includes project planning, input collection, solution development, stakeholder communication, quality management, change management, documentation project closure Work with cross-functional team members to build the required deliverables. Present deliverables to the stakeholders and ensure implementation Provides findings resulting from project execution to the team Informs GBU with services specific Sustainability Regulations, Compliance and Voluntary requirements to enable them to develop Services that customers can and want to buy. Ensure our reuse reporting happens on time, according to the reuse definition and all new programs are included. Projects include Quarterly refresh /consolidation of upcoming regulations with impact on refurbishment, remanufacturing to the company's products and services. Analyzing regulations and determine associated risk. Providing formalized guidance for Business Units for implementation and track implementation. Define training & audit requirements for the company's Certified Licensed partners, including auditing process & web site updates Update the Reuse reporting manual with “in scope / out of scope” programs Update Reuse Standard & other Sustainability standards with required information. Create / Update Sustainability benefit reports – customer or program specific Develop Reuse/ Service Stewardship KPI’s Develop/Update Sustainability team training on Services, update FAQ Other TBD Education, Skills, and Experiences: First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role managing Packaging Materials for Consumer Products. Experience in a sustainability, compliance, business or supply chain function. Excellent project management skills. Excellent program, problem solving and change management skills. Excellent presentation, communication skills; active listening, and storytelling skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English including being comfortable with speaking to internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong business acumen and knowledge in sustainability services, circular economy – specifically reuse, refurbishment, remanufacturing across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging trends. Understanding of Life Cycle Analysis. Carbon accounting. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and high-level modeling tools. Strong quality orientation. Rigor and attention to details. Self-starter. Ability to work with minimal direct day-to-day supervision.
