QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in EHS or sustainability projects.
  • Knowledge of SAP EHS or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop metrics, targets, and risk management strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Scale sustainability solutions supporting organizational objectives.
  • Monitor legislative changes and implement compliance via IT systems.
  • Manage reporting for CSR, GRC, ESRS, and other frameworks.
  • Support projects to reduce resource usage and waste through IT solutions.
  • Oversee incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Drive cost savings and continuous process improvements.
  • Communicate system updates effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with SAP Core team on project planning, resources, and risk management.
