We’re looking for a Sustaining Capital Projects Manager to lead the planning and execution of capital projects across our Hotels and Nordic Spa divisions. This role plays a key part in shaping and managing our CAPEX portfolio, ensuring every project aligns with our corporate strategy, meets operational goals, and exceeds expectations.
You will oversee all aspects of sustaining capital projects—from budget planning and system integration to project execution and stakeholder coordination. You’re someone who sees what needs to be done and takes ownership from start to finish, working independently with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
