JOIN OUR TEAM AS SUSTAINMENT AND SUPPORT OFFICER

Are you passionate about helping people overcome challenges and live independently? We’re looking for a Sustainment and Support Officer to work with customers who are facing complex personal circumstances and need extra support to manage their tenancies.
This is a meaningful role where you’ll be making a direct difference in people’s lives. By working alongside a range of partners and services, you’ll help customers stay in their homes, improve their wellbeing, and reduce the risk of tenancy breakdown.

• Develop and manage personalised support plans that help customers overcome barriers to independent living.
• Carry out home visits and regular check-ins to identify emerging issues and respond appropriately, including safeguarding concerns.
• Work closely with colleagues across the organisation and with external agencies to provide coordinated, person-centred support.
• Help reduce tenancy failures by promoting arrears prevention and contributing to effective void management.
• Ensure equality, diversity, and inclusion are reflected in all aspects of your work, using inclusive language and approaches.
• Maintain accurate records and use digital tools to monitor progress and communicate effectively.
• Promote health and safety awareness and report any concerns promptly.
