Consultar as documentações técnicas e fontes alternativas de informação, simulando/testando problemas no ambiente Qualificação requeridas: 1 ano de experiência em suporte técnico ao cliente Superior Completo ou cursando a partir do 3º semestre em Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins. Conhecimento básico em banco de dados. Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e conceitos de rede Perfil analítico, comunicativo, voltado para resolução de problemas Fortes habilidades de atendimento ao cliente e capacidade de multitarefa Capacidade de priorizar tarefas e auto gerenciá-las Conhecimento básico em lógica de programação Diferencial: Inglês e/ou Espanhol.
