About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated, full-time Sustainment Technician to join our team! This hands-on role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues on ground data transfer receptacles, ruggedized server products, and other peripherals supporting various air platforms, to include the F-35. This role will support our aerospace customers both remotely and on-site.

Job duties include:

  • Assisting end users with diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues.
  • Documenting hardware failures, repairs, installation, and removal within an ERP and ticketing system.
  • Maintaining records to support traceability and compliance efforts.
  • Interpreting technical drawings, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams.
  • Performing validation/verification testing of systems and components.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly.
  • Manual dexterity to utilize hand tools and grip small pieces and parts.
  • Experience completing assembly, maintenance, or modification in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to travel CONUS / OCONUS with short notice and perform weekend work as required.
  • High School Diploma, or GED, along with 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Current or ability to obtain/retain a Secret Security Clearance.
