Join our team and work in beautiful Greece, where you will provide exceptional travel support services to Swedish and English-speaking clients utilizing Booking.com. Make a positive impact on clients’ travel experiences by assisting them with their booking inquiries and providing timely solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist Swedish-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed information about travel options, accommodations, and Booking.com services to help clients make informed decisions. Process reservations accurately, confirming all details and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Maintain thorough records of client interactions and bookings in our CRM system. Stay informed about travel trends, popular destinations, and Booking.com offerings to provide the best support to clients. Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Experience in customer service, travel support, or relevant fields is desirable. A strong interest in travel and knowledge of Booking.com and the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support. Ability to manage customer concerns effectively and provide timely solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications is a plus. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
