THE ROLE
As our SVP of Business Development, you’ll own a pivotal role in Lumen’s future. This is more than leadership, it’s a chance to reshape markets, elevate how enterprises engage with technology, and lead a high-performing team into uncharted opportunity. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll architect and execute a next-gen go-to-market strategy that catapults us from core connectivity into full-spectrum technology solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping Lumen’s future by identifying, validating, and scaling market-disruptive opportunities in partnership with product, marketing, sales, and customer experience teams. The SVP will be responsible for building and leading a dedicated team of strategic specialists, solution architects, and innovation principals to drive co-innovation with customers and deliver measurable business outcomes.
