POSITION OVERVIEW

The SVP, Business Transformation Director leads the optimization of business processes, systems, projects and products to enhance efficiency, service quality, and client experience by driving data-informed analysis and change. Research best practices and industry trends while collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to execute a wide range of projects such as implementing new systems and products, redesigning workflows, and implementing improvements to processes and procedures. Collaborates on the development and maintenance of data systems – including warehouses and business intelligence tools – ensuring they meet the Bank’s needs. Implements data governance standards to ensure data integrity, security, and seamless integration across platforms. Establishes tools and metrics to measure performance, identifies KPIs, and supports adoption through training and documentation. Leads the Bank’s project management and business process improvement functions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or related field.
  • Ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in banking or financial services, with direct responsibility for enterprise project management, business process improvement, innovation, or digital transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence executive leaders, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance related to risk management, data governance and security.
  • Experience with PMI project management frameworks.
  • Strong track record of success introducing innovation, managing complex project portfolios, and aligning enterprise initiatives to strategic business plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals, teams, leaders, and external stakeholders to establish and achieve common goals.
  • Highly organized, with a research mindset and a focus on results.
  • Ability to focus on details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • Demonstrated tenacity when faced with ambiguity, changing priorities, or challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent.
  • PMP certification
  • Prior experience using FiServ products
