The Opportunity
Personal Risk Services (PRS) is seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Marketing & Client Experience who will lead, develop and execute PRS’ marketing strategy across a range of key stakeholders: clients, prospects, distribution partners (e.g., independent agents and brokers, affinity partners and non-traditional distribution), influencers and employees across North America. The Role
The Head of Marketing & Client Experience is a vital member of the PRS leadership team and is responsible for driving a creative strategic narrative for PRS to drive a competitive advantage. This leader – a strategic and action-oriented business leader and savvy marketing expert – will be charged with establishing a high-performing MarComms function that aligns with PRS’ strategy and goals. The successful candidate will drive advertising, media relations, digital marketing, content, sponsorships, distribution-aimed campaigns, entertainment, and events while working in tandem with Chubb’s North America Chief Marketing Officer and MarComms Centers of Excellence.

The successful candidate for this highly visible leadership role must possess an impeccable marketing background in leadership roles with a proven track record in the execution of short-to-medium range marketing programs. They will have experience working in either diversified financial services or insurance companies (property and casualty and/or life insurance) or will have extensive experience with HNW clients in consumer goods or services industries. They will have deep expertise with distribution networks (agencies, brokerages) and experience mining relationships with third-party networks for co-marketing and branding opportunities. The executive must have familiarity and know how in digital marketing techniques which can be leveraged to increase product sales and business flow from multiple channels as well as improve the overall client experience. This person should also have experience with grass-roots marketing and events that reach prospects and clients on a 1:1 and local level.

The pay range for the role is $280,000 to $315,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
