The position will lead a team of experienced actuaries that will collaborate with the US market team to source, design, price and execute such complex transactions. The position will have a US market focus while coordinating with SCOR L&H to access and leverage the experience in other jurisdictions globally. This position requires leadership, collaboration, creativity, management experience and structuring skills as well as the development of talent within the team and periodic review, motivation and incentivization of direct reports at the VP, AVP and Associate levels. Responsibilities

Lead a team of actuaries to source, design, price, and execute complex financial solutions transactions for the US market. Coordinate with global jurisdictions to address client needs regarding capital, solvency ratios, and P&L volatility.
