WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE HEAD OF VENDOR SERVICE DELIVERY?

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to take on the role of Vendor Service Delivery and Efficiency Manager at the ED/SVP level. This role sits at the heart of our Infrastructure and Cyber Resiliency (ICR) transformation, responsible for driving best-in-class vendor performance and cost efficiency across a global technology and infrastructure landscape. The ideal candidate is expected to build, run, and continuously improve a high-performing vendor governance and efficiency engine across the Technology Group.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS OR SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS IN THIS ROLE?

  • 20+ years of experience in infrastructure or service management roles with significant exposure to vendor governance.
  • Prior experience leading vendor strategy, commercial negotiations, and service management in a regulated environment (e.g., financial services, fintech, or healthcare).
  • Proven track record of delivering YoY cost savings, service performance improvements, or risk mitigation through third-party optimization.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with ability to influence C-level vendors and internal product/platform leads.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, contract law, vendor risk, and compliance frameworks.
