Job Description We are seeking an SVP - Brand Marketing to redefine how the world travels. You will blend data-driven performance with emotive storytelling to scale our brand, dominate the market, and own the end-to-end journey for the modern traveler. Role & Responsibilities 1. Brand Stewardship & Narrative Architect the brand’s positioning, visual identity, and voice to resonate across diverse travel markets. You will ensure the brand isn't just selling "commodities" but is seen as a trusted companion throughout the entire traveler journey—establishing a premium or value-driven identity that stands out. 2. Integrated Multi-Channel Growth Orchestrate high-impact, 360-degree marketing campaigns (spanning Performance, Social, PR, and Influencer channels). Your goal is to move beyond transactional marketing to build a cohesive ecosystem that drives top-of-funnel awareness and converts high-intent travelers into confirmed bookings. 3. Data-Driven Performance & LTV Optimization Own the marketing tech stack and analytical framework to measure real-time ROI. You will optimize the balance between Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), leveraging first-party data and CRM tools to predict travel patterns and drive repeat business in a low-loyalty industry. 4. GTM & Product Innovation Strategy Partner with Product and Engineering to lead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new features (e.g., booking tech, fintech layers, or ancillary services). You will translate technical product updates into compelling consumer benefits that improve the user experience and drive app adoption. 5. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth Identify and negotiate high-leverage partnerships with airlines, hospitality groups, credit cards, or local influencers. These alliances should serve as "force multipliers" for the brand, expanding reach into new demographics and creating exclusive value for our customers. 6. Competitive Intel & Trend Forecasting Serve as the internal expert on the travel landscape. You will synthesize market research and competitor moves to pivot strategies ahead of industry shifts—such as the rise of "slow travel," sustainable tourism, or AI-integrated trip planning—to ensure the company maintains a first-mover advantage. 7. Commercial Leadership & P&L Accountability Lead, mentor, and scale a world-class marketing organization while maintaining P&L accountability. You will align the marketing budget with the company’s broader commercial goals, ensuring every dollar spent is an investment in scalable, sustainable growth. Requirements 15+ years of marketing experience with 6+ years in a C-suite or VP role within high-growth B2C travel or Consumer tech. Proven track record in FMCG, D2C, travel, hospitality, or OTAs, with deep knowledge of seasonal demand and market trends. Expert-level command of CAC/LTV modeling, multi-touch attribution, and modern MarTech stacks (CDPs, CRMs, and GA4). Ability to marry high-velocity performance marketing with emotive, world-class brand storytelling. Experience recruiting and mentoring high-performance, cross-functional teams of marketers. Strong P&L management skills and the ability to align marketing output with broader commercial and board-level goals. Responsibilities
