Overview:
The Senior Vice President of Consulting Services will lead the creation and expansion of a newly established consulting organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of building consulting practices from the ground up, developing high-impact service offerings, and driving significant revenue growth. The SVP will be responsible for defining the vision, structure, and go-to-market strategy for the consulting business, while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and long-term value creation.
This position can be based in Herndon, VA or New York, NY.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Management, or Technology; advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred for strategic leadership.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting services, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling a consulting practice, including service design, team development, and go-to-market execution.
• Proven ability to generate and grow revenue through strategic consulting engagements across multiple technology domains, including but not limited to security, AI, and cloud.
• Deep experience in business transformation, change management, and solution innovation.
• Strong executive presence and experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• 7+ years of experience in people leadership, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
