What You'll Drive & Own: Technical Vision & Strategy → Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for our AI-powered products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation at every stage. Scaling Global Engineering → Lead, inspire, and scale high-performing distributed teams across geographies, instilling world-class engineering and leadership practices. Product & Business Impact → Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and Sales leaders to translate bold business goals into transformative, user-centric solutions. Culture of Excellence → Champion velocity, quality, and innovation—driving modern engineering practices while fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning. What You Bring: > Extensive engineering leadership experience (VP-level or higher), with a strong track record of building and scaling large, distributed engineering organizations. > Demonstrated success shipping complex, high-availability enterprise or consumer-grade products used at a global scale. > Ability to dive deep into system architecture and technical decisions while operating effectively at the strategic and organizational level. > Sharp product sense and deep user empathy; you think in terms of customer outcomes, not just features. > Exceptional communication and influence skills; proven ability to collaborate with executive peers and earn trust across functions. > Experience in high-growth SaaS or platform companies, and in leading through scale-up phases. > Bonus if you have a strong understanding of AI/ML-powered products, data-driven systems, and how to embed intelligence into products.
