WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will serve as the SVP of Marketing for a fast-growing brand that is the clear leader in its emerging category. Backed by a strong foundation and poised for global scale, the brand sits within a portfolio company focused on building breakthrough consumer businesses. We are seeking a visionary marketing leader to drive commercialization, build brand equity, and lead the next chapter of growth.
You will lead a team of world class marketers to bring ideas and innovations to life through creative endorsements, celebrities, and story creation. You will own outcomes, drive revenue, and are an empowered resource to bring world changing innovation to market.
The SVP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth, market disruption, and positioning for successful exits. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing multi-brand portfolios, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both innovative and traditional marketing practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a bold, scalable marketing strategy that drives national brand growth, market disruption, and category leadership.
  • Lead end-to-end brand commercialization, including positioning, storytelling, creative development, and go-to-market execution.
  • Launch high-impact campaigns across retail, digital, influencer, and experiential channels to drive awareness, conversion, and brand equity.
  • Build a performance marketing engine that balances brand-building with measurable revenue impact across key acquisition channels.
  • Establish a unified consumer journey, integrating brand, content, community, and commerce across all customer touchpoints.
  • Drive marketing innovation, leveraging culture, trends, and emerging platforms to shape a disruptive and differentiated brand presence.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing marketing team, including brand, creative, growth, and communications talent.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making, budget discipline, and ROI accountability.
  • Own the marketing P&L, ensuring smart budget allocation, efficient media spend, and contribution to EBITDA growth.
  • Develop retail marketing programs that drive sell-through, in-store velocity, and promotional performance across key national accounts.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to align brand and revenue strategy, ensure cross-functional execution, and accelerate commercial impact.
  • Serve as the strategic face of the brand, engaging with investors, media, talent, and partners to communicate vision and momentum.
  • Deliver breakthrough brand growth, driving the path from category leader to cultural icon, and positioning the company for strategic exit.
