Responsibilities
  • Strong background in demand generation, inbound/outbound marketing, and lead nurturing.
  • Experience aligning marketing with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in performance tracking, ROI measurement, and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth goals.
  • Oversee demand generation, content marketing, brand strategy, and product marketing.
  • Drive pipeline growth through ABM (Account-Based Marketing), paid campaigns, and inbound marketing.
  • Strong executive presence to represent the company at events, PR, and thought
  • leadership platforms.
  • Develop cross-functional and organizational (individual contributor to leadership) rapport
  • Influence data-based marketing decisions across the organization & drive internal-education and awareness
  • Create & implement omni-channel marketing campaigns – email, events (tradeshows, market/client specific events, virtual), etc.
  • Experience with positioning products & services as a thought leader via education events, panel presentations, case studies / white papers, etc.
  • Prop-tech marketing experience is a plus
  • Ideally based in NC (willing to consider SC, GA, FL) to lead & build an experienced marketing team and to accentuate our in-office culture (3-days)
