JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Equinix’s Chief Customer Revenue Officer, the SVP/ Head of Partner Program and Ecosystem role is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through executing the strategic vision for partnerships and expansion of the company’s partner ecosystem. This individual will lead a partner program team to define the partner program strategy, foster strong relationships with existing partners, and identify new partnership opportunities. The Head of the partner program and ecosystem will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, customer exp., IT, Legal, and operations, to enable the partner experience end to end.
Main responsibilities and accountabilities of the role:

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Deep experience in partnership or channel management roles in data center, IT infrastructure, or technology industry
  • Extensive leadership experience developing and implementing long-term partner strategies that align with cross-functional teams, company objectives, and growth targets
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships and ecosystem expansion
  • Significant experience in negotiating strategic partnership agreements and managing relationships with key partners
  • Experience in developing KPIs and metrics for tracking and reporting partnership performance to top management

  • Ability to define and execute strategic partnership initiatives aligned with revenue goals and long-term objectives

  • High ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and influencing stakeholders to enhance the partner ecosystem

    The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
    United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 292,000 - 438,000 USD / Annual
    United States - Ashburn Office AEO; Seattle Office SES: 307,000 - 461,000 USD / Annual
    Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
    The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
