NIQ is seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead our SA&I product organization. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the global product strategy for all product practice areas: Analytics & Activation, Consumer Insights, and Innovation. The SVP will drive new product development, lead cross-functional teams, manage significant budgets, and position NIQ as a global leader in consumer intelligence.

Job Description
Product Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Product Strategy aligned with NIQ’s global vision and growth objectives.
- Integrate NIQ’s Activation solutions into a cohesive, scalable portfolio tailored to target client segments.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, technologies, and partnerships to enhance client value and market differentiation.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and prioritize strategic growth initiatives.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide long-term planning and innovation.
Product Development and Innovation
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery and optimization.
- Drive platform and front-end strategy in close collaboration with the Platform and Factory teams.
- Champion simplification and convergence across the SA&I product portfolio.
- Collaborate with customer success and operations teams to deploy advanced solutions.
- Ensure product development aligns with client needs, market demands, and business objectives.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Provide inspirational leadership to global teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion.
- Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure consistent, unified execution and high-impact outcomes.
- Represent NIQ at industry events, conferences, and media engagements as a thought leader in activation and product innovation.
Financial Management:
- Oversee and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI.
- Present financial plans and performance updates to executive stakeholders.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and business impact.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor global product performance.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team on progress, risks, and strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years in product leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity managing global product portfolios.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of CPG, and technology sectors, with a proven track record of success in complex, matrixed environments.
- C-Level Engagement: Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and board members.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern product development methodologies (Agile, Lean), and understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and AI/ML technologies.
- Financial Stewardship: Proven ability to manage large budgets and drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Change Management: Skilled in leading complex organizational transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $167,500-240,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
