Responsibilities - Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/ UHNW clients within the NRI market. - Implement geographical focused strategy in line with business strategy - Source for and acquire new clients within market and refer potential clients to other marketing teams or other segments within the bank - Provide investment advice to clients and be fully responsible for clients under management - Maintain regular contact with clients and understand the client’s background and source of wealth - Ensure compliance with bank's and regulatory requirements Requirements - Bachelor's degree with at least 12 to 15 years of relevant experience. - Sound knowledge of private banking products and solutions as well as deep expertise of the NRI Market with relevant networks - Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity. - Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.
