Five9 is seeking a dynamic and strategic SVP of Solution Consulting to lead and evolve our global SC organization. As a core executive leader in our CCaaS and AI business, this individual will be responsible not only for driving revenue through technical strategy and sales alignment but also for cultivating a high-performance, customer-centric culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people—empowering, mentoring, and scaling a world-class team of solution consultants. This role demands a visionary leader who fosters collaboration, promotes innovation, and ensures Five9 remains a trusted advisor to our clients through impactful solution design and value-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation.
  • Detailed knowledge of company and the competitive landscape allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas.
  • Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations. Recognized as an influential leader.
  • Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas. Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company’s goals.
  • Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Influences policymaking.
  • Directs and controls the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.

    Key Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelors or Equivalent Experience Preferred

  • Years of experience - 10 Years Preferred
  • Years managing people - 3+ Years Preferred
  • Successful record of channel partner program creation and support preferred
  • Extensive on-site and web-based presentation experience and skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective partner relationships
  • Proven record of successful demonstrations and presentations to close deals
  • Technical aptitude and a high degree of self-motivation to learn new technologies, including building live presentation environments and proof of concepts for prospects and customers
  • Contact Center industry experience
