Description

Position summary: The Senior Vice President of Transformation leads Ingenovis Health’s initiatives as the Company seeks to drive operational excellence across the organization. This leader partners with Ingenovis executive leadership, brand presidents and functional leaders to grow Company enterprise value through improving efficiency, reducing complexity and driving integration aligned to Ingenovis’ current and long-term growth strategy. The SVP of Transformation reports to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborates closely with operations, finance and accounting and other senior leadership across the Ingenovis Health enterprise.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1) Operations Innovation & Transformation

  • Partner with executive leadership, brand presidents and functional leaders to identify and recommend opportunities to innovate and achieve operational excellence across Ingenovis
  • Lead process optimization and engineering team to prioritize, validate and plan for the implementation of innovation and transformation opportunities
  • Lead change management processes to successfully execute on prioritized projects and realize value for Ingenovis stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate the change management plan, priorities and dependencies to all stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication of updates and progress throughout the implementation process
  • Support strategic and innovative thinking across the Ingenovis enterprise to transform and advance the Company’s long-term financial success

2) Leadership & Team Development

  • Set current and long-term Transformation Team strategy and plan internal and external resources accordingly
  • Educate and empower Ingenovis leaders to achieve operational excellence within their spans of control
  • Recruit, develop and retain a team of high performing internal consultants and leaders and support the recruitment, growth and development of leaders in partner teams and across the organization
  • Actively develop a team culture of high expectations, performance and integrity based upon mutual accountability and respect, including strong and cohesive team mission and values

3) Other Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Risk: support key projects for Board of Directors, executive leadership or corporate governance as assigned
  • Other strategic, operational, financial or special projects as assigned

Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years cumulative experience in roles of progressively larger scale and scope across operations improvement, process engineering, internal audit, risk management, consulting (internal or external) or related fields serving highly scaled and high complexity organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering high-value projects and implementations for clients (external or internal) in dynamic and rapidly evolving business environments under conditions with significant ambiguity or incomplete data
  • Demonstrated track record of successful organizational leadership including:
  • Partnering with executive leaders and clients (internal or external) to align all stakeholders to project goals and plans
  • Developing team leaders and managers for roles of progressive responsibility and scope
  • Building teams with positive, performance oriented cultures and high employee engagement
  • Demonstrated track record of developing strong, collaborative relationships across organizations at all levels from entry-level team members to executive leadership and members of boards of directors
  • Personally exhibit characteristics of resilience and “growth mindset” in the face of new and unexpected challenges, intellectual curiosity and exceptional EQ and foster these characteristics in others
  • Experience in business services or healthcare services industries required
  • Experience with corporate development and integration of mergers and acquisitions a plus
  • Operational leadership experience a plus
  • BA or BS in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other quantitative field
  • Advanced degree such as Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters in other quantitative field or equivalent certification preferred
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with analytical methods and software, financial planning, accounting or other database systems such as Workday Financials, Adaptive, VBA, Python, R, or SQL a plus

Physical demands and work environment:

  • Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of video conferencing, telephonic and face to face contact
  • Must have the capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment such as but not limited to the computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing

Location: Denver, CO metropolitan area or Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area with minimum 3-days per week in-office or work-related travel strongly preferred. Remote candidates will be selectively considered.
