People Responsibility: N Reports To: CEO, Asset Management Taiwan Role Opening: 1 (SVP or VP title) Role Purpose: This role is responsible for the regulatory requirements to maintain quality of primary / secondary market transaction execution, monitor or manage the liquidity, price deviation and flows of ETF products. Frequent engagements with market stakeholders, eg PD/ LP, as well as internal stakeholders are required. Principal Accountability and Job Contents 1. To manage capital market activities, including primary and secondary market activities, for AMTW ETF business via engagement with internal and external stakeholders 2. PD/ LP management: frequent communication and quality control is required 3. Monitor and manage ETF price deviation (premium or discount), flows, liquidity condition, etc. during the market hours 4. Good teamwork is required for the role to deliver good quality outcome 5. Good collaboration across internal / external stakeholders is required License/Qualification Requirement 1. 3~5 years of experience in financial service industry 2. At least 3 years of specialized experience in the ETF ecosystem (either in sell-side - securities or buy-side - asset management) 3. Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management 4. Strategic mindset with experience in market intelligence and project management 5. Results-oriented with an efficient working style 6. Full professional proficiency in both English/ Chinese (written and verbal) 7. License requirement (either one of below) - 證券投資分析人員 - 證券商高級業務員 - 證券投資信託及顧問事業之業務員
