We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Workflow Platform team at Citco, a global leader in fund services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fund administration operations, data integration, and workflow optimization within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help drive Citco’s workflow strategy across Citco Fund Services
• Oversee the strategy for Citco’s Proprietary Market Leading Workflow solution, ensuring alignment with Citco’s digital transformation initiatives and client service excellence standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Fund Services, Banking, and Corporate Solutions divisions to ensure seamless data flow and integration
• Monitor and optimize workflows to capture true task status and performance metrics, supporting Citco’s commitment to operational excellence and SLA adherence
• Implement governance standards aligned with Citco’s risk management framework and ensure compliance with client-specific processes
• Work on integrating CitcoWorks with Citco’s wider digitalization tech stack
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in leading workflow integration projects, preferably in fund administration or financial services
• Strong knowledge of business optics and data governance tools within a regulated environment
• Familiarity with data platforms like Databricks, and experience with financial services systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on process automation and efficiency • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with global teams
• Familiarity with BPM tools such as Business Optix and BPMN 2.0 concepts
• Familiarity with process governance standards
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in fund administration (AIFMD, UCITS, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in fund administration technology projects
• Understanding of exception-based workflows in financial operations
• Experience with NAV calculation processes and fund accounting workflows
• Familiarity with data integration and reporting requirements
