What You’ll Do

• Coach & Certify: Guide Health & Social Care teams through SVQ assessments and verification processes with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure Quality: Undertake both Assessor and Internal Verifier responsibilities, maintaining top-tier standards and consistency.
• Design & Deliver: Create dynamic training programmes that resonate with learners and support continuous improvement.
• Use Data Smartly: Utilise digital systems to monitor progress, track results, and refine learning pathways effectively.
• Collaborate & Influence: Build productive relationships with staff, management, and external partners to foster a culture of learning.
• Train Internal and External Staff - Provide SVQ and other training to external clients
