ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a seasoned and driven Software Engineering Manager to lead our cross-functional software teams, encompassing Software Development, DevOps, and Software Testing. This leadership role is pivotal in delivering robust, scalable, and secure software solutions aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to foster innovation and operational excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and testing—ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you will guide and support Software Development and Test teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will define and implement engineering best practices across CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and testing, while working closely with Product Management, QA, Hardware, and Regulatory teams to deliver integrated solutions. Additionally, you will drive resource planning, performance management, and career development initiatives, ensuring team alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with relevant standards.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Lead and manage Software Development and Test teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy.
  • Oversee the full software lifecycle—from planning and development to deployment and testing—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams.
  • Define and implement best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, QA, Hardware, and Regulatory, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drive resource planning, performance management, and career development for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations, especially in regulated environments.
