Job Description SW Project Manager in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility | AUMOVIO Korea Position Overview Software Project Manager(SW PM) is responsible for planning, execution, tracking and controlling of the SW subproject within a development project. He/she leads the software core team and represents the SW project towards the IPT team and the customer. The SW PM leads the SW project (incl. Sensorics software) from planning to integration until final validation. He/she assures that the SW project is run according to the valid development processes. Responsibilities Plans and tracks all software deliveries and related activities together with the SW core team members according to customer/internal milestones, required scope and quality (incl. 3rd party software components). Manages and drives the software team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality. Assures that the SW project is run according to the valid development processes (Stages, SPICE, ISO26262) Leads software relevant requirements engineering from initial analysis through test execution. Leads overall software relevant IMS issue resolution (incl. Sensorics software topics) covering planning, monitoring, driving closure and ensuring successful on time execution. Monitors and reports status within the project team and towards SW Line Management. Drives on time execution of the SW project. Plans and performs SW releases and SW milestones including all necessary activities, release documentation and reviews required for final release approval by the SW Release Director. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields. 7+ years of professional experience in embedded SW development or SW project management Familiarity with vehicle network protocols: CAN, Ethernet, UDS diagnostics. Knowledge of Ethernet communication protocols (TCP/ UDP, VLAN, SOME/IP, TSN, diagnostics over Ethernet, etc.). Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Github, Jira, Confluence, and Project Management tool Background in SW architecture design or requirement engineering is preferred Prior customer-facing project experience with HMG is preferred Experience leading a team of min.5 is preferred Additional Information Application Introductions Please kindly submit your Resume with Application Form.
